![]() ![]() The bill allows the Lottery to issue Sports Lottery and Keno retailer licenses to Delaware businesses operating outside of the state’s racetrack casinos. ![]() To remain competitive in the face of increased gaming opportunities in neighboring states, House Bill 333 – the Delaware Gaming Competitiveness Act of 2012 – was signed into law by Governor Jack Markell on June 28. In addition to the existing Sportsbook locations at each of Delaware’s three racetrack casinos, Pro Football parlay card and Championship Game futures wagering are now available at licensed Delaware Sports Lottery retailers, including select restaurants, pubs, night clubs and existing Lottery agents throughout the state.
